Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 September 2026.

1. Marketplace role

SubMint provides a marketplace interface for digital subscriptions, gift cards, game top-ups, travel eSIMs, software/license keys, mobile recharge, digital vouchers and related digital goods. Listings show the item, region or denomination, pricing reference and checkout availability.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not reuse your SubMint password on other services. Google sign-in, when enabled, is provided through Google's identity service.

3. Third-party services

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless an offer explicitly states otherwise, SubMint does not claim affiliation with, endorsement by, or ownership of any listed third-party brand.

4. Payments

Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Customers must send the exact supported asset on the exact network shown on the invoice. SubMint is not responsible for assets sent to the wrong address, contract, chain or network.

5. Fulfillment

Orders move to fulfillment only after required payment confirmation. Delivery method and timing depend on the product and supplier. Customers must provide accurate player IDs, phone numbers, regions or other fulfillment details when requested. Digital codes and top-ups may become irreversible once fulfilled.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on fulfillment state, the nature of the digital item and applicable law. See the separate Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited use

Customers may not use SubMint for fraud, stolen payment instruments, unauthorized account access, promotion abuse, resale in violation of supplier terms, sanctions evasion, money laundering or other unlawful activity.

8. Support

Official support is available by email at support@submint.in or through t.me/subscriptionmint.

9. Launch review

These terms should be reviewed against the actual supplier relationships and the jurisdictions in which SubMint operates before public commercial launch.
