Before payment

A payable invoice is created only for products and options currently enabled for direct checkout. Review region, denomination, player/account details and delivery information before paying.

Crypto transfers

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Customers are responsible for sending the exact supported asset on the network shown on the invoice. Payments sent to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable.

When a refund may be considered

If SubMint confirms payment but cannot provide the purchased product or agreed fulfillment, contact support with the order ID. Eligible refunds are reviewed against the original order, payment transaction and fulfillment status.

Digital goods already fulfilled

Once a valid digital code, entitlement or other non-revocable digital fulfillment has been delivered and accepted, refunds may be unavailable except where required by applicable law or where the delivered item was invalid.
