Where can I see my order?
Sign in to your SubMint account and open your order history. Keep the order ID if you contact support.
My payment was sent but the order is pending.
Do not send another payment. Send the order ID and transaction hash through the support form or email so it can be checked.
How do I know a support contact is official?
The official support email is support@submint.in and the official Telegram contact shown by SubMint is @subscriptionmint.
What information should I never share?
Never share a seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, wallet password or authentication code with anyone claiming to be support.
